Currently, only the building and display items are insured, there is no coverage on artifacts ?!?!?!?!?!    When I asked why, the board advised "Since all artifacts were donated (free), why spend money to insure them?" I am pushing for coverage of artifacts but running into opposition.   Anyone connected with a house museum knowledgeable about your insurance policy any information would be GREATLY appreciated.
